How to send us a file

If you want to send us a file that is not a .JPG or a .PNG, it's easy! Just read our quick tutorial below:

STEP 1

Head over to wetransfer.com. WeTransfer is a simple, secure and free file transfer service. The landing page should look like the image below.

STEP 2

Simply fill in the box on the left of the screen. Please make sure to enter custom@eazywallz.com in the "email to" box and to include all the necessary information in the "message" box. The information needed is:

- Your name
- The size of the mural (in inches if possible)
- Any additional requests you may have.

Hit the "Transfer" button and you're done!

STEP 3

Once our design team has received your file, they will review it and ensure the quality is suitable for your wall. If all looks good, we will setup your custom order page on our site and send you back a link via email to access your order page. Please note, it may take up to 1 business day to get back to you, however we usually answer much faster!
